Measles-Rubella Vaccination by Haldia Municipality (16.01.2023) at Secondary Section

Dear Parents of LKG to Std. X (All sections),

In continuation of the notice dated 06.01.2023, this is to inform you that the MR vaccine will be given by Haldia Municipality in association with Health Dept. of WB, to the students of Std. LKG to Std. X from 9.00 a.m. onwards on 16.01.2023, as per the schedule and time slots suggested by Haldia Municipality.

Preparation : Students must not come on an empty stomach for vaccination. They should take a heavy meal / breakfast before coming for vaccination as suggested by the health personnel.

Accompany : Each student must come with only one parent/guardian to take the vaccine. Kindly note that only one parent / guardian will be allowed to enter the school with a single student.

Dress : Students need not come to school in school uniform. They should wear a modest dress suitable for taking the vaccine in the upper arm. Students must bring the school identity card during vaccination.

Note: Only Gate No. 2 of the Secondary Section will be used for the entry and exit process on that day.

All the students will participate in this vaccination programme, therefore, there will not be any teaching learning process (classes) on that day i.e. 16.01.2023.
