This is to inform you in pursuance of IOCL Haldia Refinery and in association with CMOH, Purba Medinipur, the second dose COVID Vaccination for 12 to 14 years and 15 to 18 years of age group students will be on 16/09/2022 (Friday).

 

Only the students who have taken the 1st Dose on 06/08/2022 from school, are eligible for the 2nd dose vaccination drive as instructed by the CMOH, Purba Medinipur.

 

Vaccines will be provided to the students from 1:00 p.m. onwards as per the following venue and schedule.

 

Venue: Secondary Section (DAV Public School, Haldia) (Entry: Gate No. 2)

 

Timing: 1:00PM - 3:00PM

 

The entire process is organised and will be governed by the said authority, school has provided the venue and infrastructural support for the same as asked by the authority.
