Dear Parents,

 

Only the students who have filled up the form on 11.07.2022 & 12.07.2022 is eligible for this vaccination camp arranged by IOCL Haldia Refinery as we have forwarded the names of only those students who submitted their consent through that form.

 

For 12-14 Years: CORBEVAX

For 15-18 Years: COVAXIN

 

Vaccination Date: 06.08.2022 (Saturday)

Venue: Secondary Section (DAV Public School, Haldia)

 

10:00am-10:45am - V & VI (All Sections)

10:45am-11:30am - VII & VIII (All Sections)

11:30am-12:15pm - IX & X (All Sections)

12:15pm-01:00pm - XI & XII (All Sections)

 

 

The entire process is organised and will be governed by the said authority, school has provided the venue and infrastructural support for the same as asked by the authority.
