This is to inform you that as per the instruction of the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of West Bengal, the COVID Vaccination for 12 to 14 years of age group students will be on 08/04/2022 (Friday).

 

Cut-off date of birth for eligibility is 07/04/2010. Candidates who born after this date, are not eligible for the vaccination drive as instructed by the DoHFW, Govt. of WB.

 

Only CORBEVAX vaccines will be provided to the students. The venue and the exact time-schedule will be informed you after getting the same form the above mentioned authority.

 

Attendance of the student on the day of vaccination in the venue at the given time is mandatory as instructed by SDO, Haldia

 

The entire process is organised and will be governed by the said authority, school has provided the venue and infrastructural support for the same as asked by the authority.

 

Willing parents are requested to submit the name of their ward(s) using the following google form for school record within 07.04.2022, latest by 2:00PM.
