As per the instruction of the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of West Bengal, the 2nd Dose COVID Vaccination Programme for students (those who have taken the first dose from the school), the date provided for our school is 12.02.2022 by the Haldia Municipality. Only COVAXIN vaccines will be provided to the students.

 

The entire process is organised and will be governed by the said authority, school has provided the venue and infrastructural support for the same as asked by the authority.

Willing parents are requested to submit the name of their ward(s) using the following google form for school record within 11.02.2022, latest by 2:00PM.
