This is to inform you that as per the instruction of the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of West Bengal, the COVID Vaccination for 15 to 18 years of age group students will be started in a phase-wise manner from 3rd January 2022 onwards for Purba Medinipur district. For DAV Public School Haldia, DAY 1 has been assigned for 11.01.2022.

 

Cut-off date of birth for eligibility is year 2007. Candidates who born after this date, are not eligible for the vaccination drive as instructed by the DoHFW, Govt. of WB.

 

Only COVAXIN vaccines will be provided to the students. The venue, the exact date and schedule will be informed you after getting the same form the above mentioned authority. Attendance of the student on the day of vaccination in the venue at the given time is mandatory as instructed by SDO, Haldia.
